I've ordered delivery from Papa John's (764 W Bel Air Avr, Aberdeen MD) sporadically for years now. Since they started the quality sealed sticker I've never had issue with the sticker not being intact upon rcving the pizza. Tonight the driver rolled up to my drive way parking side ways and delivers a box with the sticker not in place. The girl on the phone told me that her manager said "we cant make me a new pizza, nobody did anything to the pizza, and the sticker just came off". The pizza from there has gone down hill anyway. I just needed food delivered for the kids due to being fatigued. It seems their customer satisfaction is headed down the same track. This maybe minor to some, but the delivery driver disrespect for pulling up across my drive way in such manner and the nonchalant customer service, it's got me nervous about the eating the pizza. For me and my family, we'll take our service elsewhere.

We have been ordering from this location for the last 4 years that we lived in the area and have not had any issue. Last Sunday, I ordered a pizza and a 2 liter of Sierra Mist, and the Sierra Mist bottle had a hole and had leaked into the plastic bag it was in. I decided to not say anything and let it slide. I u derstanf mistakes happen. But today, we called to order a pizza at 8:04 pm. We were out (locally) and figured it would be delivered around the time we got home, as the operator said it would take about 35-45 min.We called them back at around 9 and they said they were short staffed, and it was being boxed up and sent out..we called again at 9:33 pm and they said it had been sent out for delivery…we didn’t get our pizza until 9:45 pm! The Pizza was cold and poorly made. No one said they were sorry, no one offered anything to remedy the situation. We are absolutely NEVER ordering from this location again!

Absolutely horrible, I ordered one newyork style pizza and I failed to get it despite the fact the tracker app said it had been delivered. I called in and informed the manger that after 1 hour and 30 minutes I never got it and the manager told me “check your porch because it got delivered”. After reaffirming that to the Aberdeen manager “katelyn” that I in fact did not get my pizza she offered me a refund and when I asked her to just send me the pizza I already payed for she angrily sighed and told me the pizza would be there in an hour. After about 2.5 hours I finally got my pizza.

First off got a pizza and the dough is raw. Called and just asked for a new pizza. Called several times after not receiving a pizza in an hour and a half. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and staff refused to tell me why I still have not received my pizza. Then I told they have 1 driver at the store. This is stated as a retired military owned store, as a retired military service member this is unacceptable. If it was the weekend maybe I would understand but this was a Tuesday night. Unacceptable worst service and pizza from a papa johns ever
