This place is gross. The parking lot is always covered in trash. The tenants leave junk everywhere and the owner doesn't seem to care. I would only stay here if I gas absolutely no other option

We had a horrible experience at this place. Huge rat traps outside the rooms throughout the building perimeter were not a good sign. Other guests were noisy and were smoking pot. The refrigerator inside our room was leaking and made the bedroom floor all wet. We asked for another room and were told there was no other room available. The desk clerk came over and wiped up the floor using one of the bath towels in the room. No replacement towel was offered (we had to ask) and fridge continued to leak. We would have left had it not been so late and we were tired from a long drive.

Hotel has cancelled my reservation without a reason just before my check in time. I have made a reservation through Booking.com. The hotel tried to charge my card at 5PM before my arrival, but due to an issue with the card the transaction didn't go through. Just after receiving notification from my bank I have updated payment details and asked hotel to charge me again. They had new card number after 5 minutes after the initial transaction was declined. According to Booking.com rules, they should mark the declined card in the system that would give me a few hours to update my card details. They didn't do it. They also didn't read my message about updating card details. At 7PM they have just sent me an information that my reservation is now cancelled. I have called them and they said they can't do anything about it. I also called Booking.com and they said that the hotel didn't follow the rules and they should be held responsible for cancelling my booking without a proper reason. What probably happened is that I booked in advanced and had a normal room rate. But it looks like on that day there was a high demand and they could have just increase the rate. So they were probably looking for an easy opportunity to cancel lower-rate reservations to have their rooms booked for a higher rate. I suppose this is what happened probably. I won't chosse this hotel again or any other hotel in this chain as I won't risk anymore that my stay gets cancelled.

Went there several, maybe 3, times and it was fine...but the 4th trip was a dumpster fire. On the 4th trip they put me in "the other building". Apparently the other building is for some people who are borderline homeless but stay in the motel to keep off the street. That didn't bother me but the roaches did (no roaches in the far building) and the room was barely cleaned to boot. Also there was a major screaming match around 1 am. This led to a 2nd screaming match around 2 am and the cops showing up around 3 am. The family above me had kids that were running around constantly and the screaming matches woke them up so I got constant thumping until maybe 3 amm then again at around 7am. i was supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after 1 and will never go back there again.
