Friendly staff, convenient location to Ripken Experience. Several restaurants in the same parking lot. Room wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival however this was remedied when we had it cleaned while we were at a game.

Checked in room. Tv did not work. Had to call maintenance to fix. Later in the evening. Room got warm. Discovered thermostat was broke. For the amount I paid, I expect much better. Told worker about room when I checked out. She offered me nothing. Doubt if I stay there again.

Positive: Location Negative: Room had a few bugs and sheet was stained. No shower gel and the dispenser was broken. We asked for housekeeping to clean during a 2 night stay and that helped with the cleanliness.

We had to travel north for a family emergency, and we made an overnight stop at this hotel. I wish it was our final destination, because this was one of the best stays we've had in a very long while! The lady at the desk gave us a friendly greeting and fun conversation, had our keys all ready and all of our requests met. The hotel looked immaculate to me, to include our room. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower area was great! The beds were on the firm side, but although I prefer a little softer I slept well. My husband, who likes a firm bed, also slept great! The hotel was quiet! Near the door we could here a TV from next door, and a little activity from the laundry room across the hall, but the Insulation was great, and we didn't hear a thing from our bedroom area, Nothing troubled our sleep. There were ample plugs to plug our devices into, both USB and regular plugs. Breakfast was good, choices slightly limited due to covid, but the food that was there was excellent, and they had my coffee creamer, which I really appreciated (it's the little things you know!). Overall it was a great stay, and if we can time it right I'd like to stay there on our way back down. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable!
