The staff was not accommodating, nor friendly. Very hostile individuals working the front desk. It's a shame, because it's a beautiful hotel and the room was fantastic... But as for "service"? The employees are absolutely atrocious. I don't understand why asking for towels is an issue. You work in a HOTEL, find another job if you don't want to serve your guests. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. Don't let the name and location fool you, because the employees are bitter and angry for seemingly no reason. This hotel needs proper management ASAP.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I made a 2 night reservation at this hotel for an out of state baseball tournament. I never received a confirmation email regarding my reservation so therefore I was not dislosed the cancellation policy. I actually called 3 times to confirm my reservation and request and email confirmation which I never received. Love and behold the baseball tournaments was canceled due to rain and upon calling the Hilton to cancel my reservation they informed me that I would be charged the first night because they now claim they did not have a partnership with the baseball tournament organization group. This is an absolutely horrible policy and I for one will never make a reservation at Hilton again.

While driving down to Florida I started getting drowsy and felt it was time to call it. Did a quick search on the HHonors app and found this hotel. Booked a reservation. Pulled up.anf headed to the front desk. The lady was very polite and even though checking is at 3p she took a look.and found me a room. Told me breakfast was being served and showed me where my room was. I was very happy.

We've stayed at other Hilton Hotels, and they're usually very nice, and this one is too! But, my issue is with the carts here. They're the tiny 3 wheel carts that have no bottom. It's just an A frame with one wheel in front, and two wheels in the back. It's shaped like a triangle, but the issue is, if you just have duffle bags, or overnight bags, there's no support in the middle to sit anything on. There's a big hole in the middle of the cart, so if you sit your overnight bags on it, they're dragging on the floor. All the other Hilton Hotels we've stayed at have the big square four wheel carts, that have a solid base, so you can pack anything you want on them. I don't understand why they don't have the four wheel luggage carts here! On the positive side, the rooms are very nice, and the staff is too! They have a small bar, a limited food menu, that's pretty good! The bar hours are 4:30pm to 10pm, or until there's no one left to serve, so I'm told by the staff here.
