Sam Henderson ROCKS! Amazing customer service and fixed my phone in one second after 3.5 hrs with Apple and Verizon tech support with no results. Give this man a raise!!!

Not able to provide needed services. Prices are high for services desired.

After 20 years of business with Verizon, dealing with this store and their disrespectful management that after continued mistakes, making me return to the store 4 times before they got a simple upgrade correct. And not once did they ever apologize, and some of the management tried to blame the issues on me without even looking at paperwork. Then when I asked him to go over the paperwork with me, he went to the back to get it, realized it was their mistake and never came back out. Instead he sent a employee out. Been to many Verizon stores across the East cost and never did I have a problem. Terribly business go else where.

Had to go into store, great service. Plenty of employees to help out.

Do not have the phone number.
Go a couple blocks down 200, opposite side of the street to batteries plus. Verizon is terrible.
You can go to the store , be prepared to be spoken to in a condescending manner by people who possibly have no clue what they are doing! I guess it beats being on hold for hours.
Just download the My Verizon app and you can check that way.
I'm a customer the same as you are. That said, if you were referring to your wifi (not wff) then yes you can use any wifi compatible device as long as you remember any passwords to start it up and that it wasn't locked due to a security issue. Verizon reps can give you a definite answer though.
No you don't. They will meet you at the door to get your name then have you wait in your vehicle until it's your turn.
I was there for Black Friday. No appointment needed. They are operating at a limited capacity. You check in when you arrive and they will call you in shortly after. The wait was less than 20 minutes.
Call the Verizon store on college road, hwy 200 and they will set you up
Also YouTube videos are helpful. I just plug mine phone (any model) into my computer with a USB cable. It usually asks you what you want to do.
You may have apps running in the background. Check phone and reduce notifications alerts and be selective about what apps should be running all the time.
My phone has been terribly slow
