Their staff is stretched VERY thin and the priority is serving people IN the store, and they do that really, really well. They are starting over as a neighbourhood market, so ya gotta there to get your question answered.

I had a familiar experience, I opted to ask for a manager. The customer service rep is usually an associate with very little decision rights. It is actually not fair to get frustrated with them..some issues are above their pay grade.

I like the one at 86 Lexstong and 3rd AVENUE ,it open 7am and the best time .

No. And street parking isn't easy - meter or non-meter parking. There are parking garages nearby, but will cost you.

No, there's no parking lot on the 74th & Broadway but if u drive to the one on the River by 133rd, there's a lot there.
