I’ve had a terrible experience at this supermarket. The supervisor or manager at the time- 9am on 9/22/2022 was very rude & unprofessional. I approached him with just a simple question & he seemed so unwilling to help & acted as though he is higher than everyone else and as though he don’t care one bit! I don’t understand what sort of example he is setting for his other employees. I’ve been shopping here for a very long time & I’ve even recommended my family & friends to shop there as well but now because of this experience & they way r treating their customers in this sort of manner- we won’t be shopping here any longer.

The store charged me the wrong unit price for fresh produce products for many times. Often it is the peach/yellow peach/nectarine that charges more at the cashier than the price tag displays. This week, I keep buying the same sweet potatoes from the store. But the cashier charged me with the item category as “small yam” ($1.29/lb) instead of “sweet potato”($0.99/lb) several times. Really bad shopping experience!

Food universe is a great Supermarket to shop in there's, always sales, and the Supermarket is very clean the employees are very respectful to all Customers and the Supermarket Manager is always there to make sure that every one is helped

Love how you can find just about anything you need to prepare your favorite dishes! The international isle is honestly amazing! Staff is awesome!
