The workers here are not friendly & welcoming, they don’t greet you. They could never say your welcome when someone says thank you. Then the cashiers be having bad attitudes when you ask them a question about anything, they’ll start rolling their eyes at you & they don’t greet u. The cashier doesn’t bag your items when they should since it’s not self check out, that’s not helpful every other supermarket the cashiers bag your items. The cashier are not attentive they never ask if you need a bag. They need to train their cashiers better because I asked to have the discount card swiped then the cashier looking at me all lost & confused. Then said he doesn’t have it & doesn’t know where it is. Then they be short staffed all the time, they always have one or two cashiers even early in the morning. Which is ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if their is self checkout, their people that got WIC & a lot of groceries that will need the cashier. Thats why u still need more cashiers. They be low stocked on a lot of stuff I be seeing a lot of empty racks. Their milk be old & close to expiration date all the time. I bought a gallon then 5 days later it was rotten. The shopping carts is so small, I never seen shopping carts that small. This is not the supermarket to do big grocery shopping at. They always got the security gates outside closed, it’s annoying when you have your own shopping cart or a stroller. You need to call for someone to open the door & if it’s busy they leave you waiting, which is very inconvenient. I’m trying to come & go, I never went to a supermarket before that has the gates closed at all times. Just lock the carts if your so worried about people stealing the carts. Or upgrade your security system like everywhere else to have the carts lock when it goes outside the premises. That’s very inconvenient & a annoyance for customers.

We stop here often. Everyone is so nice and the store is clean. Good prices and sales. A nice variety of stock. I love this foodtown better then all the rest.
