I was taken care of very promptly, the customer Rep was very helpful very kind and courteous. The Oswego Spectrum Store was very nice and clean and well stock with what I wanted. Thank you for or your help while I was there.

Just take it to the store and they will give u a receipt.
No you can talk care of it on the phone. I did it, takes about 5 minutes. And if your phone is locked they will send a new phone and I got mine in two days. Was really easy and the price is great.
Yes Just need id an information, you can't just drop it off it needs to be scanned to be returned.
