I have been a tenant got almost 5 years now. I’m so thankful to have Amber Gibson working so hard to make this place bloom into something beautiful. I have never had an issue with help or work on or around my apartment. She takes time and listens to people and definitely always gets the job done. Amber Gibson has been amazing since joining Eastpointe Apartments Management team! I really thought things were going to head for the worst when this pandemic started as there has been a lot of financial struggles and I am someone who struggles with mental health/ptsd, so it is hard to be able to say out loud when I need help. Amber has made it easy for me to open up about my concerns and we have a great tenant/landlord relationship because of her outstanding personality and level of understanding. Being a tenant for 2 years and now Amber coming to Eastpointe, I can now say I'm proud to call this place my home.

I have lived here for 5 years, the staff are always so helpful and pleasant. It’s a quiet area, many times you forget you are even in an apartment. The area is well kept. Other tenants are pleasant and respectful of the property. Great place for single individuals or families!

I have been a resident at Eastpointe Apartments since 2004 and have had nothing but pleasant experiences, whether it be dealing with the property manager or the maintenance staff. They are always available to address my questions and concerns and are always responsive if a problem should arise. Another very important reason for living in this complex is because it is safe and secure. I would recommend Eastpointe Apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe, affordable, and convenient place to call home.
