The worst service I’ve experienced at a Food Emporium. First we walked in to get a deli sandwich and was completely ignored by the person attending. They have a create your own sandwich menu and the lady says for us to choose one of the sandwiches she just made we kindly denied, so she goes “we only have Italian bread, dont guide yourselves from that menu” okay cool we clearly see the whole wheat bread and 7 grain bread but didn't say anything. Followed by our checkout experience; when we get to the checkout the attendant is by the coffee shop having a conversation with the coffee shop attendant and says for us to checkout there then walks and asks someone behind us if they ready to check out, okay. So we stopped to open up our drinks and lady rudely says we cant do that in the store. She saw I had a lot of things in my hands and was just trying to make things a bit easier for me I wasn't going to have my drink/ food in the market. Really bad experience overall will not go back nor do I recommend anyone to go in this place.

There are 2 entrances on 3rd ave, the first is near 69th (which is the 1st floor where the deli and prepared foods are) & the 2nd entrance is near 68th (which is where the escalators are that take you to the lower level; the grocery and fish/butcher section of the grocery store)
