I was at the self check out and they only had one machine that took cash and 3 that took cards , i waited in like 35 minutes. It was awful ! They need to fix this problem. I thought these registers were to help you get out quicker !

Dirty, unkempt store and parking lot. The manager on duty was rude, harsh, and appeared to either be a current or ex user of some kind. The employees were pleasant, but their "manager" (on duty) was horrific, I feel terribly for those working under her. Dressing rooms were closed, we wanted to try on bathing suits. Were told that we could not try on clothes and that the rooms had been closed since 2020. It's June of 2022, not sure why they won't allow the dressing rooms to be open. If I had any other option, I would have taken my business elsewhere, but we needed the suits for that day and had no other choice. So we tried the clothes on, on top of our own clothes, while standing in the clothing section. Needless to say, the suits don't fit well, as we had clothing under them when trying them on, so it was impossible to gauge the fit. If I am ever in the area again, I will avoid this Walmart at all costs. The "manager" that was on duty should be released of her position, as she clearly hates her job. Wish I had gotten her name. Again, poor employees...they work under a monster.

The campground is beautiful and well maintained. The road is pretty bad the last six miles coming from Upper Lake. Had to dodge some bad potholes. But I made it easily with my small front wheel drive van. Remember to bring water. And there is no garbage service.

This is the only large merchandise store in our rural area so it has very little competition. Rite Aid, CVS, and grocery stores are it. The lack of choices in merchandise shows that. It's really hard to find decent quality of clothes and shoes. The selections for little boys and teens are next to zero compared to babies, girls, and huge plus sizes. Management is hardly ever avail to handle a problem. Lines are always long (15-60 minutes). Stock is rarely replaced. Customers have to deal with a lot of filthy, creepy, loud, or bad mannered people with mental health issues. Shopping online is way better than a visit to this location.

The answer to your question is Yes it is in violation of California health codes but ADA has paved the way for service animals which there are only two types allowed to be true service animals a dog and a miniature horse There are only two question you are allowed to ask one is "Is that a service dog" and two "What physical disability has it been trained to help with"also the ADA does not consider emotional support or companion as service animals so they are not exempt from the law of no animals in stores We as the public should start making an issue of people bringing them in the stores the ADA laws were written to help
Walmart treats its employees horrible I shouldn't shop there but sometimes I find myself in a spot financially or in a certain area and it's convenient and afordable. I need to get certain items so I do what I shouldn't but it's to help others out.

I understand your frustration completely. It can be quite frustrating when you need help, because you can't find something etc. The store is definitely under staffed, and has major issues keeping things in stock. However many of the employees that work there are kind, hard working people. I too get frustrated at times when shopping there, but i just take a breath and remind myself to have patience.

Nope. Either drive over the hill to Santa Rosa or Ukiah. I've heard ukiah walmart is worse then clearlake.

They do have a craft area I no they had like knitting needles and they sale material yarn sorry I hope that helps good luck
I AM a Wal-Mart employee, to keep it brief, sometimes, though not always, it is the lack of scanning labels of the items that are out of stock. And sometimes it is back stock in the stock room that isn't properly scanned in to the system. But often times, the problem is with availability of the product and the amount of time it takes to get it to the store. I understand it can be frustrating, but keep in mind, it's just as frustrating if bit more so for the employees that get griped at by the customers who assume it's a defect in the quality of staff in the store. You might try and remember the person on the sales floor is nearly always NOT the person at fault. If you need an item that is out of stock for more than a week or 2, ask to speak to a dept mgr or an assistant mgr, they will look into it and should be able to resolve the issue if it is anything other than a problem with getting the item at all. The manufacturer issues are beyond the stores control

If you go to Walmart.com and look in the menu they have payment plans which look like they extend to store merchandise. I haven't seen clothes that expensive but you never know with WalMart.
I've never asked about donating hair at Walmart, but I think if you Google the the Children's Foundation , you might be on the right path .

No beauty shop and limited make up selection. Walmart sells products which most company's do not even have a website or even a phone number to reach them but some how Walmart can reach them to order and reorder. At Clearlake Walmart.
Such a nuisance. People does not like dog shi? Or Pistorius? On the floor. I saw this done and the owner just smiled and walked away. No animals in any place that sell food products period. Only seeing eye dogs. Quit putting your personal problem on everyone else. If you can't get along with out your crutch for an hour YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS MORE ATTENTION THAN A DOG CAN GIVE YOU. Good luck but keep your animal out of anyplace that serves food.

In the owners manual there should be warranty info. If you got it out of the box like that take it back with your reciept

Maybe they forgot to put their closed sign up in the register- or maybe their closed was up and the customer either didn't see it, OR didn't care. That's beside the point, as someone with cashiering experience I know you can have a register without any money inside, the money is in a removable tray in most businesses, and can be taken out to be counted at the end of the night or a shift change. The employee was most likely letting the customer know that they did not have the money, and therefore the ability, to process a transaction. How they handled it or presented themselves is solely on the employee themselves.
They do have a store pick up but I'm not sure if they have them online for store pick up or even if they have them online at all
