I understand your frustration completely. It can be quite frustrating when you need help, because you can't find something etc. The store is definitely under staffed, and has major issues keeping things in stock. However many of the employees that work there are kind, hard working people. I too get frustrated at times when shopping there, but i just take a breath and remind myself to have patience.

I have the same problem. A lot of GOOD people work there, but like anywhere else you get the anelorfes. They are under staffed and need to rise their wages. They try to compete against McDonald's and Carl's. More jobs than employees. All that's left are the don't want to work people. Welfare.
True story: My daughter & I needed help with finding styles, brands &, sizes (underwear) in both women's & men's departments. An employee asisted us to the point of past looking on the sales floor (where we'd already looked) for, what we couldn't find but, involving a manager, getting coverage on the sales floor in her department while she went to (I think she said it was upstairs) warehouse/ back stock h found some of what we were looking for. Over & beyond customer service ♡
There's plenty of good people working there today. What makes you so intitled that you can't wait until it's your turn? You should retract your question in shame. Why don't you try to be nice to strangers for a change? Nothing makes you special. Your mother lied to you.
