Be careful here. The salesman who showed me a few properties here was initially helpful and considerate. I am single and at the time was 59. I was going to pay cash and had fallen in love with one property in particular. I was also upfront with him about my developmentally disabled daughter who lives with me and was 28 at the time. She cannot live independently. I went in a day later to give him a purchase offer and background check fee. His co worker left the office and he took a deep breath and began a barrage of questions about my finances and insinuated that my partner would not be allowed to stay overnight more than one night per month etc. I had never mentioned any relationship to him. I was single at the time. I was so insulted but calmly took my check and walked out. Looking at the secretary as I left it was almost as though she knew how I had been treated. Theyβre looking for couplesβ retirement and pensions. Not sour grapes but Iβm glad it happened-you pay for the living space but you lease the postage stamp you live on. The lease fee increases every year. I cannot imagine what it is with the prices of gas increasing passed to garbage removal etc. If youβre ok with living in tight quarters and paying increasing annual fees and then having people tell you when family and friends can visit-then these are the places for you. Iβm just a simple hard working person trying to find sunshine for my daughter and me. He was out of line.

We have a triple wide. Not with waterview but very close to front and Veranda. Lot fee is $849 and includes water*, lot maintenance (grass cutting, trimming, edging, blow off), trash, and basic cable. The lot fee also is a portion of the support of our amenities (common buildings, common land areas, pools, whirlpool, gym, etc) and community events/activities and security.
I'm sure someone in the office would know give them a call I'm sure there is something available.

The pools are well kept, hot tub also. Last year they had an issue with levels in the tub and they shut it down immediately for refilling. A new pool is in the works in the back of the park. I live here and visit them frequently.

I heard from one friend that their home had minimal damage. But there was a lot of damage to trees, sheds etc. Call u uniprop
