Wonderful people helpful and mostly friendly. We went through the aftermath of a tornado several months ago with friends at the Tropicana 55+ park and the neighborhood and people were very helpful and supportive. A great neighborhood to live in!

Pet friendly,small breeds.$750 - $950 depending on lot corner lot, lakefront, oversized. Includes water taxes,lawn, 🗑️ maintenance, ck weekly 3 just sold 1 avail now. Also dive thru and ck for people selling their own (they don't get advertised) nice club house 2 heated pools , plenty of activity's. No longer a co op. New owners of park are are making many upgrades. They have a new house ordered for a empty lot that will be going for sale.
