Children are not advised as there are no amenities for them, no park no place to play and no sidewalks. No place for trikes or bikes. Short visits are fine but not reccomended
In the community covenants page 4 section D it explains the rules about children. I hope this helps.
Children are allowed to visit but it is an adult community and they can only stay for a limited time
