My ex in law lived there, I just called the staff, it's all ruined and residents had been gone for safety. I am feeling so sad for them. And I am still trying to reach her. God bless all of them!!

Most rentals are booked a year in advance. Three months would be the minimum. I would contact our office for a list of rentals
Are rentals available Jan-March 2022

Would check with the main clubhouse or in the mail Room, they normally have a bulletin board identifying which properties are for rent
If it's for sale you would think they would have a number to get in touch with them. My friend just bought there in March so I'll ask her. She has quite a few friends there. She is knows anything, I'll let you know.
Yes, it's one of the communities where the lots are owned instead of leased. At the end of "snowbird season" (generally November through March) is when you'll typically see more lots (and mobile homes) for sale.
A large number of the properties are cash sales by word of mouth. It's a vey popular seasonal resort. The lots are deeded. Rentals are maximum 7 months per year collectively.
I evacuated with my parents RON & NITA VAN BOXTEL to Alabama.
They live at J-217. Can someone PLEASE check to see if there is any damage to their unit?
Thank You!!!!!

It was inundated by 8' of storm surge and many units have catastrophic wind damage...all units look like a total loss with water 4' to 5' up into the units themselves which are typically 3 feet off the ground...mine on D lane is totaled
