Additional people have to be at least 40 so should be good. Also heard we are no longer a 55+, now a 45+ but could be wrong on that info.
It is an age qualified community. 55+, but I have seen adult children with developmental disabilities stay with their parents in this community. Suggest that you contact their offices.
