Can someone offer an example of the lot rent amounts. I realize it's 5 different prices.

We have a triple wide. Not with waterview but very close to front and Veranda. Lot fee is $849 and includes water*, lot maintenance (grass cutting, trimming, edging, blow off), trash, and basic cable. The lot fee also is a portion of the support of our amenities (common buildings, common land areas, pools, whirlpool, gym, etc) and community events/activities and security.

Please give lot rent price ranges
