You be the judge. They bill me for the wrong amount, so we had to get Cigna involved over the phone while we were their, so they could correct their mistake, even though the card shows how much to charge for the visit. Saw Lisa Sonberg and asked if the doctor was going to see her notes, she said no. I would say that even if she is an advanced practice registered nurse, she is not the doctor so I would of felt better if he had taken a look at what we discuss. They tell me we were going to get called for a test performed by RAYUS, which we never got the call, we called around 10 days later to remind them. Then they tell me I had to call., don't tell me one thing today and another the following day. Results came back to see if their was a chance of correcting the problem we went to see them for. Seems their is nothing they can do, but they rather make an appointment to tell me this and charge me a visit fee to do so. I've told them that our doctors would tell us over the phone results unless they needed something else to be done. But they don't seem to care, money is money you are 2nd in my opinion.

Had fusion at L4-L5 in September 2021 by Dr. Baker, the pain I’m in right now is unbearable, so far nothing has been able to knock it down, doubt if Dr. Baker reads his messages in the patient portal as I’ve never have gotten a response directly from him. Personal follows ups with current mri’s and X-rays have concluded with “I don’t see where the pain is coming from”. And now it’s to the point sleeping is nonexistent, walking painful . Support staff for Dr. Baker has been non existent for the most part or just plan indifferent. Going through my primary’s office for help

Dr. Bellew performed a shunt revision on me. I must say that he is one of the BEST neurosurgeons that I have met in a very long time. He's very compassionate, understanding and sympathetic with excellent bedside manners. He cares alot about his patients and takes the time to answer any questions/concerns that a patient has. If anyone needs a neurosurgeon I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bellew. Thank you for helping me feel better, I appreciate you.
