I have had previous treatment with other pain management facilities and did not achieve good results. I've been with National Pain Institute probably for the past six maybe seven years if not more. I have found quality of life is better, the pain is management better and I'm able to actually be more of myself than I was before coming there. Prior to coming there I literally was reduced to staying in bed all day rocking back-and-forth and crying because of the pain I was in and getting cold chills from the pain. I have several issues I have degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, Lymphedema, chronic pain, arthritis, etc. Everyone at the Winter Park office has been so kind to me and didn't make me feel like my pain was just in my head like the other pain management facility. They have taken my complaints seriously they ran the appropriate tests and they've given me the appropriate treatment when needed. I'll be forever thankful for them. I was deemed disabled back in 2010 and even though I'm still disabled and always will be at least I have more of an enjoyable life now. than when I was sitting in the middle of the bed rocking and crying because of pain. Both Dr Sajan and Jerry have taken such great care of me I cannot thank them enough. I don't know where I'd be today without NPI. I refer anyone who suffers with pain to them. I'd give more than 10 stars if I could. Very happy and Thankful for NATIONAL PAIN INSTITUTE doctors and staff.

Dr. Sajan, M.D. and Nurse Practitioner Lotoya Elmes has provided many avenues for me to reduce my lower back, hips, legs, neck, and shoulder pain. They are very attentive, and even though it will never be cured, Lotoya has it managed in a professional way, that gives me enough relief that I can go about my daily life and can deal with it. All of the staff that I have had contact with, Sena, Tara, Patty, Jerry and all the rest of the staff., are very helpful, always they will great in a pleasant manner and do the utmost to help me if possible. I am a complicated patient, with many health issues. Lotoya has tried various treatments to find the ones that are most helpful, since I am a surgical risk and the treatments are not just to over medicate with drugs, and she is very astute in making sure that by testing on a regular basis, to make sure someone isn't abusing medication, or taking outside medication. I personally believe she really cares and always listens attentively to whatever I share with her

This is a warm and compassionate place to come for all your pain management needs. Dr Sajan and his assistant Jerry really care about their patients. PattyLynn and Ana run the front desk when you walk in and are always pleasant and work hard to schedule the follow up appts, always trying to see what fits into your schedule as well as the doctors. They are the best. This is the place to go for your pain management needs , other.places just don't measure up to their standards, you won't be disappointed.
