I was a little concerned about staying at this hotel after reading other reviews. I am so glad that we didn't change hotels. Our room, the lobby, the pool, the gym, and breakfast were flawless. It was clean & the staff was friendly and accomidating. That is saying a lot as there were several baseball teams staying there, 14 & 15 year old boys! Perfectly located for travel baseball tournament.

I checked in 04/12/20 & I was greeted immediately by Kyle. He was pleasant and definitely made me feel welcomed! The hotel had a very narrow entrance but once I got to my room I loved it. Very modern and completely renovated. Semi firm bed and standard hampton comforter. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend. I will stay here again in the future! Update: I stayed here last week and the lady who checked me in was not pleasant she was so rude. The room was nice though

We stayed at the Hampton Inn on State of Franklin due to surgery for my husband. The only room available was the handicapped room which was fine because we are in our 70's. The complaint I have is the room was dusty and the the bathroom was dirty. The floor was dirty, the tub needed a good scrubbing. We were disappointed to say the least.
