Very over priced for $100 room. Breakfast is very limited, oven warmed frozen eggs and some sausage, no bread or jams or jelly, no cream cheese. Milk is from jug which is only 0 percent and labelled as 2 percent. Cereal is fruit loops and one more kind and waffles with plan syrup. Coffee is very weak. The rooms have this musty smell along with corridor. Good food places nearby. I will not stay here again. Our beds had a absorbent pad underneath with huge stains and bedsheets we're crumbled. Towels were not washed properly. After COVID this much lack to attention to detail.

I LOVE this hotel. The rooms are just okay after they remodeled. Huge improvement, but I think the lighting is sterile feeling. That's about the only down side. The staff here is amazing. I've stayed at this hotel for years, and they hire such good people. Always so friendly. Always so helpful. I had an issue with my room one time, and the guy at the front desk didn't hesitate for a second to give me a new room. Then he immediately went to inspect the issue I had with the other room. The older guy with the ponytail has been there for years, and seriously, he's one of the best customer service people I've ever met. The staff here really cares about making your stay as comfortable as possible. I can't say enough good things about them. I always stay here when I stay in Johnson City, and I will continue to unless something really plummets downhill here.

This was a very nice room. The bed was very comfy, the entire place was clean, great water pressure. We paid less for this room than we did Holiday Inn Express a few nights before and I feel like the quality was the exact same. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel was decent, but definitely had its own set of issues. Our bathroom door would not slide closed. You had to lift the door and hold it the whole way to “close.” Although it never quite worked because it was so off track. The sheets were itchy and had some stains, and I question whether they were actually clean. The only reason I am giving this place three stars was the very pleasant man at the front desk, Allaster, and the cleaning crew were super friendly.
