Booked a well rated room with a pool and spa online via Priceline. Immediately upon arrival saw the pool was outside and closed for the season, no hot tub at all. I asked about a refund, but was told it was not possible to third party booking. Priceline offered a 20% refund since the hotel was not as described. The room itself was dirty; hair in the shower, dirt on the floors. The toilet chain broke in the tank the first time we flushed it. Cherry on top? Our parked car was hit that night by another guest. Worst hotel experience EVER. 2 stars because the staff was kind.

Positive: Staff was very nice and easy to work with. I originally booked a smoking room by accident but, the hotel was very accommodating and got me a non smoking room. Negative: The room was a little dirty. Blood stains on the lamp shades, and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom.

These rooms have had carpet removed and decor updated, but need a serious cleaning. Linens are old, thin and stained. Room smelled of smoke and dog although it was no smoking. Heat had to be turned up to 80 and high to get it to take chill off. Good selection for breakfast. We like the direct entrance to room from parking. Cracker Barrel and Waffle House within walking distance.

Where do I start, first didn't feel real secure because the indoor lock was broken and couldn't use it. Plus it had several holes in the wall where it appeared to us that the door had been kicked in. Then, while taking a shower It was Spider 🕸 in the bathroom. The fridge and microwave looked really nasty despite of Covid - 19. Then, last but not lease we were sleep and heard a noise and it was the toilet running over. We got up and the whole floor was soaked. Then at checkout time the young lady gave me a card to call and I did and the manager wasn't trying to hear anything. She told me that we should've came back to the front desk to swap out rooms. I really feel that this situation wasn't handled in a correct manner. I don't recommend this location to anyone. My husband kept looking for bedbugs. I will NEVER stay here again.

I believe the breakfast room is open from 7 to 10...pastries, eggs, sausage, coffee, tea, juice, make-your-own waffles.
