We stayed here for 4 very long days and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not let the lobby deceive you. It is beautiful, updated, and very clean but that is not the case for the rest of the hotel. There are two elevators in the hotel and only one worked the whole time we were there. The buttons inside and outside the elevator were filthy, the hand sanitizer stations near the elevators were empty for all 4 days, we couldn’t tell what was on the floor… was it pizza sauce or blood? And the one working elevator, was very slow. The room we were given was right next to the elevators. All night long, we heard the elevator going up and down, stopping at each floor and would bang really loud every time it would stop. The rooms have not been updated. The bed was uncomfortable. There was mold in the shower, and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. It’s like everything was designed for shorter people. If you over 5’5” good luck. And finally, there is a restaurant in the hotel but it is only open during breakfast and dinner, and that is if the cook shows up. The breakfast is not free, you actually need to add that to your reservation if you want it included. Spend your hard earned money at a different establishment.

We stayed at this location due to my father being in a local hospital. When he unfortunately passed away we needed to end our reservation early. The front desk personnel were very kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond for me and my family. It didn't go unnoticed.

Burned Bud

I arrived around noon and asked for our room. The front desk staff (FELICITY) was rude and had an attitude that would choke a maggot. We are Spire Elite members and hotels HAVE ALWAYS accommodated us. We then waited 90 minutes and FELICITY still couldn’t care less. I asked for the manager’s card but she said to not call the listed number because the number was the front desk. She lied, and I left a voice mail (loud enough so FELICITY could hear). I hung up and I had my room within 5 seconds, LITERALLY! We went to the room and the floor was deserted. I looked at the clipboard on the housekeeping cart, and there was a total of two rooms that required cleaning on the floor! What were they doing for 90 minutes? We’ve been Elite members for probably 15 years. I am now actively looking at other hotel chains and intend to discontinue the use of IHG facilities. Incidentally, the manager never bothered to return my call.

Nice clean rooms and hotel, very friendly staff. Went to eat at the restaurant/bar , ask Wayne his opinion on a couple of dishes he said both were good so hubby and I decided on the spaghetti and meatballs man it was GREAT!!! Also I was allowed to have my pup sit on the floor at the bar which made it great to be able to eat and not have to take it to the room after a long day of driving.
