The Staff here is great. My personal experience with Asia she has gone above and beyond and helped me with paperwork before I had moved in. Everyone in the office is friendly and even maintenance go out of their way to make sure my request is fixed and they do a fine job

Do not move here. I use to defend the crossings against the slander it always got, everyone would say it was a terrible place to live and I disagreed. I signed 3 leases at this complex because for the majority of the time, I did love it. I don’t know if the management just went downhill or they just stopped caring but it has turned into a nightmare. The rooms are nice and spacious but the office and management is terrible. They will belittle you, refuse to help in any situation that you need it, and force you to live with a random selected roommate even if you’ve had to call the police on them. They will not deal with conflict and will threaten eviction if you ask them for resolution. Hope this helps someone before they sign a lease. Edit 9/6 I’d like to note that both I and my roommate that had issues with our random roommate filled out multiple incident reports. Collier companies responding that I did not formally note anything just proves that they cover up issues. If that’s not enough to make you reconsider, then good luck.

My family and I just moved here about three weeks ago, and so far we love it. We moved from Ohio. The workers do immediately fix things. Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Love the area!

I tried to lease an apartment at The Crossing at Santa Fe. I had several questions that I couldn’t find answers to on the website so I sent an email and then a week later I sent a follow up email before someone finally answered but they were very vague with their answers. Then I submitted an application which was quickly approved but I never received any kind of follow up regarding signing the lease or moving in. I sent two emails that weren’t answered (I was outside the US at the time and couldn’t call the leasing office without roaming charges). When I got back to the US (one day before the move in date) I called to ask for more information but they said they had no record of my application. I also couldn’t login to their application portal anymore to even send them the application tracking number. The staff have definitely dropped the ball in terms of communicating with potential residents. If this is how they are before I signed a lease then I can’t imagine how much worse it would be after they have my money.

Exactly the same problems my Son is having and he is miserable there!
I have a lawyer I got really sick. Take pictures and show them. So they know your not playing. Water leaking through is dirty unfiltered water. Gross
Why don't they even respond to the negative reviews here?!?
Not a question, but also not wrong. You should write out a full review for this place. List out your grievances and put them there. It will reflect on their ratings across Google.
You have to buy a router box for the internet, only the internet is free

Wow thank you that crazy
Crossing's utility bill is handled by the office, or it's their higher ups. They bill you for what they deem are overages, and if there is a discrepancy you should take it up with the office. Its your best bet.
