I stayed at this complex for two and a half years and while I really liked the apartment, there was a lot of room for improvement. Towards the end of my time there the bug problem got out of control and management refused to do anything. I had roaches, huge spiders, wasps, and silverfish all the time and the first time they came to spray they did the wrong place, and the next two times it did not help at all. Management was also a bit inconsistent at times with what parts of their lease they chose to enforce. It was almost impossible to sublet my apartment for summer because of their ridiculous fees. Overall, I really liked the space, but this semester the bug problem really ruined it for me. I think that if they fixed this problem it would return to being the great place it was when I moved in.
