I came here looking for a place for my daughter as she will be starting school here in the fall, and although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, Micaiah was more than happy to assist us in our search and even referred us to another great property. I will most definitely be recommending him and this apartment complex to my friends and family!

From the tour to move in, the process was smooth and everything was well taken care of. I'm very impressed with the quality and value of the apartment, especially being so close to campus. Management is very helpful and professional, notably Mitch who showed us around CMC's different properties. Nantucket Walk was definitely my favorite property of the bunch that I toured. Edit: had to knock off 2 stars because of the parking situation here. After living here for a bit I realized that the parking is pretty limited, if you get back from work late, you probably won't even have a spot. There's no free parking around the complex either so you're kinda stuck in a bad situation. Parking is usually really expensive around here which is one of the reasons I chose Nantucket, for the free spot. So don't go off of the parking spot that they advertise when looking for apartments.

I called about availability for the Nantucket Walk Apartments and was not only given immediate feedback but went on a tour the same day. Everything was handled by Mitch - his expertise immediately put any questions/concerns I had to rest, and his friendly character made me feel as though everything was being handled more personably. He has continuously followed up with me to display options and answer any questions, which is more than appreciated. Nantucket Walk itself was very impressive as well - very close to campus, plenty of parking, and a property that has very noticeably been taken care of. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the caring and knowledgable service both Mitch and CMC has offered.
