Nice condos that are conveniently located to downtown Gainesville, UF, Shands, I-75, and Celebration Pointe where you'll find great shopping, restaurants, pubs, & more.

Attention All Parents!!! Your kids will be in good hands! As a parent to a incoming (Pre-Med) student, I was a bit concerned about where my young adult would be and the safety of the location, not to mention cleanliness. After meeting the property manager Kelly, my concerns went away. She is more than just the caretaker of this facility, she is mama bear to all incoming students and residents. She took time to assure me that anything that would arise (common in a rental unit), she would be on it. She has not disappointed one bit. We are more than a year in and could not be happier with the choice. She watches for her tenants as her own and always makes sure that units are well maintained. Kelly has not just been a blessing to us, but also I would consider an asset to this complex. Thank you Kelly for you dedication to excellence!
