Love the spacious apartments and amenities. The staff is nice however I’ve had to ask more than once for things to do done in my apartment before I moved. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING! Walls and ceiling are like paper. But I like it so far.

Community has a serene environment conducive for student living and learning. And it has a got a great, receptive staff. However, the noise level within the building is very poor - hence, they could improve that by installing sound insulation systems within the buildings.

My daughter lived here last year. The A/C was broken more than it was working. The garage and hallways are always dirty. The office can't seem to get the renter's insurance process down. I sent them proof of insurance multiple times and they still charged my daughter for insurance. I keep emailing them but they keep tossing me around to other companies to handle it. Still waiting on the reimbursement. Do not live here! So after contacting VH yet again on the renters insurance issue, per their response below, I get this response, so be aware. Also, it took them 8 months to finally get back to me on this issue and now they are sending me off to deal with Foxen, who doesn't respond either. Hopefully the money they are making by ripping college kids off, will go towards cleaning and exterminators: Thank you for your patience. While we were made aware that you had filed a separate Renter's Insurance policy for your daughter, as outlined in the original Renter's Insurance requirements, Lily's exact apartment number and bedroom space were needed in order to be listed as part of her address for it to be fully approved. With that being said, unfortunately this would not qualify as a reimbursement. If you have any other questions or concerns, we encourage you to please contact Foxen.
