Short story is we got keys to a furnished unit when lease was for an unfurnished unit, spray paint on the floors, door jambs aren't installed, cracked electrical outlets, washer was broken and took weeks of calling management and having to use a laundromat before the problem was addressed, tears in patio screen big enough for bugs to get in, and an overall dirty apartment. The problems with the Enclave were obvious upon move in, with little to no care with the condition of units upon move in of tenants. We leased an unfurnished unit and once receiving the keys to the unit we walked into a fully furnished unit. On the bright side the front office was quick to have some people come and remove the furniture, albeit scuffing and chipping paint off of baseboards and the floors. Speaking of the floors for an extra hundred dollars a month you get the chance of receiving floors with white spray-paint bordering the entirety of the unit. The front door is missing both metal jambs, meaning if anyone wanted to they could pretty easily break in the door. I wouldn't be surprised if the units were just outright not cleaned before move in, and if they were it was barely an attempt. The microwave was covered in some sort of grease and grime, the top of the kitchen cabinets were covered in a thick layer of dust, the bathrooms still had parts with the previous residents hair/filth, and quite a few other issues. Upon move in these issues were addressed and nothing but a lightbulb and a washing machine have been fixed, which only was only fixed after multiple calls to the management office. I'm not quite sure how much faith I have in the dryer or stove which's metal is rusting away. There's countless other issues that we've just had to resort to investing our own time and money to make our unit somewhat like it was advertised as. On a positive note, at least you can bank on having a relatively large bedroom and closet. The bus route cutting through the property is also extremely convenient.

My daughter just moved to this apartment less than a month ago and it's infected with ticks probably from the previous tenants. She woke up with a tick on her arm while she was sleeping and now there are ticks crawling all over the walls. This is unbelievable.

Extremely bad first experience. First given the wrong set of keys for apartment And they forgot to give me my garage clicker. Then found apartment dirty with floor debris- I asked for a broom or vacuum to clean it up myself and they told me none available (because it’s obvious they don’t clean, they don’t have basic cleaning supplies) Ceiling fan obviously never cleaned. Air conditioning not working on arrival and requiring emergency maintenance,- which I have concerned might not happen in a meaningful time and it’s a good thing I have a hotel tonight . Obviously there’s no real inspection on check out. Not much soundproofing. This is definitely housing that is going to be temporary until a better place can be found. Beware of installments. Ok for students however it’s mediocre For anybody who is not a student. Addendum: I actually met the service manager by chance and I think talking to this very nice man is going to get more done than dealing with management.
