Took my kids for a playdate the other day. Nice playground, but the reason i gave it for is because sometimes my kids say that the swings or the slides are very hot in the sun, (I know not the parks fault,) but also the fact there isn’t much seating. Many of the other parents bring their own chairs.

There is not a lot of seating that is shaded near the playground but the park is really cool and in a really beautiful area

I have seen signs NO FISHING but people fish anyway. Your best option is to go to Grant Valkaria park and there is a catch and release pond there.
Had 1 water faucet, Used it for Hosing off my Dog" Not sure if still works, Has bathrooms at Far side with running water, Good ways from the pavilion, I don't recall seeing Electric hook ups or lights on Ball fields or Soccer field, Mosquitoes are Terrible
It does not. You can walk your dogs on leash around the community park but they aren't permitted in the scrub sanctuary.
I've seen people there with beer, but I dont think its technically allowed
