Friendly and extremely helpful maintenance worker, Nester, is a gem. He also lives in the park and takes pride in his work and being a great neighbor. Vanessa, the new manager, is awesome. No nonsense and dedicated to making the park the best it can be. In the 2 short months we've been here we've seen many improvements. She's very friendly and fair and does her job very well. Amenities are quite well kept and recently updated with quality finishes. Modern laundry room and sparkling clean pool and bathroom facilities. Gas fire pit and boardwalk are pretty. Clubhouse has a pool table and is stocked with several paperback books and games. Large kitchen and several tables. Most people we've met have been welcoming and nice. Read some of the past reviews and I really appreciate the difference good management and staff have clearly made on improving the place since those were posted several years ago.

Simple RV Campground. Few sanitary facilities, but one shower/toilet combination per gender. A swimming pool, possibility to barbecue on gas and nice pond with fountains can be seen on arrival. The pitches are okay and there are a lot of permanent residents here, but that applies to almost all campgrounds that we have visited to date. With an Uber you can be in Melbourne in no time, which is another plus.
