Very efficiently run, clean, provides all amenities pool, laundry, showers if needed, community center , dog park, vehicle wash and across from the river with wonderful views and a Fishing dock . Most lots have concrete slabs. Conveniently located.

Plenty of room for our 40ft RV. Good water pressure. Facilities are clean. Beautiful view. Liked it so much I booked another two weeks over July 4th.

We have a dog park where you can let them off the leash. There is very little if any beach (depending on the tide) on the Indian River by our dock. There are beaches in North Brevard that allow pets on the Ocean beach. Hope this helps! :) Liz
