When i walked in, the office had no waiting area seating. The staff didnt know the ins and outs of their own sale nor were they able to make the customer satisfied once it already paid for something that he wasn't even fully aware of basically lied to and then told to oh well himself. I laughed. however I did not laugh when I tried opening my code and getting into the building with my gate code and denied access. if it's past the office hours you can't get a hold of anybody there's no 24/7 access nor is there any kind of 24/7 emergency contact that will answer your call and call you back.

Had unit with company for four years. Previous owner sold to behemoth and it was rocky transition administratively (though not as regards site upkeep itself). Rent has gone up and up since acquisition which predates current inflationary period. I finally planned to downsize. Resurveyed competitive landscape. Decided after all to try to stay at same facility. Expected a major headache. Gave adequate notice, did everything right. And to my pleasant surprise, Teresa made it all go without a hitch. I moved to a smaller unit and didn't get the hassle I fully anticipated. Thank you, Teresa! I wasn't expecting that.
