Went here and was actually refused care for my 7 month old daughter who was vomiting. The receptionist talked to MAs (not the provider) and told us that the PA wouldn't be comfortable seeing her because she doesn't specialize in pediatrics. We said multiple times we would prefer to be seen anyway and they kept trying to talk us out of it while refusing to register us, until finally we just left. To be clear, it's not as if they were recommending we go to ER because of severity, they simply did not want to take a pediatric patient. They advertise pediatrics but have no actual capability to care for pediatric patients. They will turn you away.

We check in at 11:35 ( time on paid recipes) and it’s now 1:55 , that’s exactly 2 hours and 20 minutes.,still not our turn yet. Just found out there is only 1 doctor seeing everyone in the waiting room. The nurse just called 2 patients behind us and the staff at front desk told me he doesn’t have control over who’s calling. I was there for my 6 year old who has fever and this is ridiculous. I wish there is zero star to rate this place. If we know there is only one doctor and short staffs at the beginning, we wouldn’t even bother waiting for over 2 hours. So much for Urgent care. Please don’t waste your time and money there.
