Edit regarding my outstanding balance: Eagle landing has reached out and helped calm my nerves. We were in communication in the beginning of my dispute process and they showed nothing but eagerness to cooperate. Not only have they agreed to take care of me during my stay, but assist afterwards. Overall great community.

Clean and convenient place to live, furniture is incredibly cheap though and falls apart easily. Security is kind of lax too as my bike was stolen 2 days after bringing it to my apartment from home.
