Effective April 21 with the opening of In The Heights, the Oregon Cabaret will no longer require guests to wear a mask during the performance, though it is strongly recommended. We will also no longer require patrons to show proof of COVID vaccination or a negative COVID test at the door to gain entry to the theater. Should the number of COVID cases rise drastically, we reserve the right to require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, and/or require masks. The Cabaret is back to full-capacity seating, including seating patrons in the front row, and we have resumed table sharing for the remainder of the season. Ticket sales are non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed up to 2 days before the performance, pending availability, and are subject to $3 per ticket change fee. If you are experiencing COVID, cold, and/or flu-like symptoms and have tickets to a performance, please contact the Box Office and we will be happy to re-seat you at another performance.
It depends where you bought your ticket. If you bought it directly from the cabaret site I would call or shoot them an email (they provide a contact email on their site) if it is a third party distributor I would contact them as the cabaret can't refund you if you bought your tickets off a different site. I hope this helps
Yes, we are and are working on finalizing the menu for The Great American Trailer Park Musical - it will be ready to view online by 4/18.
Yes, our gift certificates can be used for tickets or any purchases in the restaurant and you buy them online. If you want to use them on food, let our box office person know when you arrive.
Only the box office would know.
We open for dinner seating at 6pm. Our box office is open for ticket purchases every weekday from 11am - 5pm. Thanks!
Good is generally delicious. Brunch? No idea. But vegetarian, meat, fish dishes available!
That depends if it's a full on blizzard or just a light snow fall.
When we have gone it got over about 9:30ish
I'm 60, a married male, and wear slacks, nice shirt, sport coat, nice shoes and socks. This is Ashland, land of failed California yuppie wanna-bees, so expect a few cheap suits. But, this theater is pretty easy going.
We do not. Although we are an entertainment venue, we think our employees should be able to spend the day with family. We do have shows the day before and the day after Thanksgiving - see our show calendar on the front page of our website on oregoncabaret.com for more details!
