Not happy with the application that I put Nor with the supposed reasons that denied me the apartment. Beware of fraud when they leave their money here They don't do their job well. Zero reliable. Better look elsewhere.

Really hoping to move into the community, but every time I call I receive the answering service. Unresponsive staff may lead to me looking elsewhere, but the community looks great. Fingers crossed to customer service expectations being fulfilled.

I made an application here, they do not explain you well, nor do they treat you well. And it seems that they only want to steal the money from your application. Be very careful with this place and with making applications here. They are thieves. I talked to the person who receives the applications when I made my application, I am moving from state to state, some things are not the same when putting the application , I did not understand that they required a minimum wage, they do not explain anything well to steal the money from the application. In short, a robbery. And I will not call anyone because when they gave me the reasons for the denial, I understood something of the process and how they remove the money to the people. I only leave my comment here so that another does not happen to him like me.

Yeah don’t give your time of day or lease to this place. They will rip you off & never answer the phone. Replacing a carpet for no reason & charging us for it? We had no hot water for 5 weeks. Our a/c unit was exposed with young children in the house. Terrible attitudes by staff. Lawyers will be involved with this situation
