DON’T rent here!!! Beware. They are nice during on boarding but after that they are kinda rude. They will over charge you after you move out even if you clean your apt. They are not clear with the lease agreement. They’re are just good at charging money. Greedy!! Just don’t rent here.

I moved here 9 months ago, staff are very friendly especially Ms. Katie !! I love my apartment I just wish I’m downstairs so I can BBQ and have my little space outside. Big living room I just love the setup.The only problem i have is my downstairs neighbor, very loud music which bothers me if I can feel the bass when I’m trying to relax or watch my movie then that’s too freakin loud! The smell of weed is TOO MUCH, I can’t even sit outside and enjoy my drink.
