Waited for an hour before giving up. There wasn't even anyone at the desk to talk to. Don't overbook times if you can't handle the load, now I'm probably not even gonna be able to get what I needed done.

I checked in at the kiosk. It says wait where you're comfortable and we'll text you when your tech is ready. I waited in my car and came straight inside when I got the text, which said we'll call your name shortly. 20 minutes later, nothing. I went to the desk and she told me she called my name several times. When? In the minute and a half it took me to walk from my car? Either the instructions need to be updated to direct you to the desk, or they need to send the text two minutes BEFORE calling your name. I then waited 20 more minutes, but at least the tech was cool.

Went back to this location for the second time and Tanya did a wonderful job taking my blood. I had an appointment this time, and was in and out in 10 minutes. Friendly front desk person. Highly recommend.
