The staff (Anita was very nice), she did everything to accommodate our needs. She was able to book our son's room right next to ours. The only thing that could have been better is the crib for our grandson, it was nice that they had one for use, but it was so low to the ground that it really was difficult to reach down into it to pick up a small infant and was wood. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was small and really the only place that was feasible to put the crib was right next to the air conditioner. The location was good. Enjoyed our stay.

Even though I gave a four for service, that was due to staff shortages, the service was excellent with the staff they had. The Continental Breakfast had a good selection. The only downer was I had to wait for more gravy because they ran out but they did make more. The rooms were superbly clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. The sheets were crisp and room was well maintained. I was at a convention and I was a 100 yards from the front door. I was within five minutes walk to 10 plus dining areas and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

We just spent 3 nights here with our family of 4 and this place is super good value and you 100% get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and had everything you need. The pool was super clean as were all the common areas. The breakfast was exactly what you would expect for the price of the stay. Staff were super nice. I would 100% choose this place over one of the older hotels with an ocean view as it’s only a short walk to the beach.

The staff is great. I can't say that enough. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The water pressure in the shower was off the chart. My only complaint was not being able to use Netflix or my Fire Stick, but somehow I made it out of the wilderness and lived to tell my tale. The pool and hot tub are great and the kids loved it. Having 24 hour access is a nice touch and a huge plus for me, as I never seem to get to the pool during normal hours. We had a great stay and we'll definitely be back.
