Needed a sign made. Employee told me to stand to the side and he'll be with me. Stood there for over 10 mins while ever other customer went in front me. I expected someone to at least begin to address what I needed but that didn't happen. Not even a reminder that he'll be with me shortly or something.

I just left this location and the young lady assisting me (dark skinned with afro) was extremely rude. I will not be coming back to this location.

I applaud the 2 woman that have been working here since I started using the store in 2020, but the new members of the team are lazy as hell. I needed a passport photo and another customer was taking one. I ran out to drop off my mail that I had just picked up, but she had just put the passport items away. The young lady was already moving slow and acted as if she didn’t want to help anyone, but her whole response when I asked about it showed total unprofessionalism and laziness. Customer support in southern Maryland is already beyond horrible, but they continually wonder why they can’t make more money, well no one wants to shop where the customer service is not willing to just do their job with a pleasant attitude. I don’t want to give my money to people that don’t want to take it with a smile!
