BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES: Read below I'm only giving 2 stars because the endodontic whom I saw was nice and professional. However, the front desk and dental staff were not very pleasant. I do not know why many offices have these young girls with such a disrespectful stereotype. They seem to be located everywhere nowadays, but it might just be this new generation, sadly. And that is coming from me. I'm 30. I went there needing a possible root canal and was told that my nonrefundable fee of $100 was going to go towards the cost of one if I needed it. I had a consultation with the endodontic and decided not to have one at the moment, regardless of me needing one, considering the complications and the additional costs it may bring. When I checked out to leave, one of the front desk girls informed me that I had to pay an additional $151 for a CT Scan that I had not authorized or been informed about. I was not made aware of a possible extra charge, not even by the dental staff that did it. I thought that was completely unacceptable and disrespectful on their part. I was under the impression that all of it was going to be covered by the $100 consultation fee. The front desk girl then proceeds to tell me that they had communicated this to me over the phone when the appointment was booked and that is absolutely false. They only care about collecting your money. They have poor communication skills. Please proceed with caution when going here and ask questions about everything that they do or you will get more than you bargained for.

I was taken back immediately, the procedure was quick and painless, and all of my questions were answered when I had them. For people needing their services, it is the best experience you could ask for.

Dr. Zubaidi fixed a failed root canal that was done by a different doctor many years ago. He was professional, knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. The office staff was kind and the whole experience was very smooth.
