Scott’s has far exceeded our expectations every time they have been to our home over the past few years! We’ve owned our own IT company for 40 years and know a lot about outstanding customer service. We were having issues with our air-conditioning unit starting last May. We have an insurance policy that will cover air conditioner replacement. Working with those companies is not always easy. Their administrator, Monica, worked through all of the bureaucracy persistently and ensured that we were covered. Austin, the GM, and Chad led the team that did all of the things required to determine that we actually needed a new air-conditioning unit. They always showed up within the timeframe they committed, earlier rather than later, sent a picture of the person that would be coming to meet with me, and when they showed up did a highly professional job. When I’ve contacted them with questions, they answer me thoroughly and in a manner in which I understand what they are saying. They are friendly and thorough in everything they do. And on the last visit I met Nathan, who is the owner son, who is also going to be working in the business. This is a family run business Who knows how to work with families in Baker and union counties. We will always continue to use Scott’s as they have far exceeded any experiences we’ve had in the past and our expectations of what we would receive. Grateful.

Got a new house, needed a new thermostat. Unit I bought did not operate as per the instructions. Russell (the tech) showed up early! (Scott's sends out a text message notifying the customer that the tech is on the way) Very personable and professional. Identified the problem (thermostat wiring diagram was wrong) and wired it properly. Russell then let me know that the condensation line from the furnace was improperly routed (home inspector notified me that the line was broken and needed replacement and had damaged one of the ducts) and not up to code. I called Scott HVAC again to get the condensation line replaced and re-routed and to fix the damage to the duct. Russell arrived early again! Duct damage was much more extensive than the inspector had seen. Russell et. al. replaced and properly routed the condensation line and repaired the hole in the ducting. Again, very professional and personable. Quick work done right. I've signed up for a maintenance contract for my HVAC systems with Scott's. They are the folks I want showing up when something needs attention. Monica in the office is great, too. I recommend Scott's without reservation. *John Rose
