I took my phone in because we had ruined the back on it. When I took it in, the front looked fine, but I got a call the next day saying that it had had a small crack, which when they had taken the back off had become a big crack, and now it was my job to pay $100 for it to be fixed. When I told them that we had not seen the crack, nor had it been noted when we brought it into the store, I was informed that was too bad. When I came into the store to pay for the phone, I once again explained to them that neither my husband nor I had seen the crack, to which I was again informed that sometimes there are very very small cracks that expand when they takeoff the back. At no point, when I dropped off the phone, had that been reported to me as a possible danger when replacing the back. And, at no point was there any accountability for them causing a large crack that eventually cost me an extra hundred. They told me they were running me a deal because they were not charging 250 to fix it . I have found I cannot afford any more of their deals, or their quality customer service. May you have better luck In response to the cell fix, it was never fixed. The battery has broken the screen once again. So when they put in the new battery, it immediately expand it and the front screen problems has lifted off.
