Had appointment Confirmation from QUEST SCAN CODE Was told by person at location I WAS A WALK IN IT WOULD BE 3-4 hours Be prepared Appts really don’t mean anything

Worst collection center of all time. I went in to do a drug test for work and now am going to be coming back for the 3rd time. Theres no one at the front desk so all you get is an ipad to sign in. they sent about 10 people home the first day i was there because they ran out of time to do tests for work reasons apperently. Today I couldnt get an appointment as a walk in for a drug test until 10:30 its 8:00am currently. I just scheduled an appointment during lunch so this is the 2nd day in a row ill be missing my entire lunch break to get this stupud test done. THANKS QUEST!!

Lab techs did not now what they were doing when finding doctor's name in system. ( I have gone here for a couple years and never had an issue.) When she finally found the doctor, processed my information and drew blood, told me my bill would be way higher than I have ever paid. I just found out from my doctor, they did a test that wasn't even ordered!! I can't get them on the phone and it is very difficult to get a hold of Quest to question this bill!!!!

This is what the world has become… a fearful uncommunicative group of people. You make appts electronically. You arrive and greeted by NO ONE and sign in electronically. Drapes is drawn so you see no human being at all. Next thing we know nurses and drs and CNA’s and phlebotomists will all be replaced with robots. Count on it.
