I scheduled an appointment. They asked me for all my information, then they send me an email to fill out a questionnaire and send a photo of my insurance, I confirm the appointment. And when I showed up at the office, first the receptionist treated me badly and after she asks me for my ID and insurance cards, she told me that they don't accept my health insurance. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have Simply Healthcare and they don't take it. They check my credit and I was able to charge 3900. You paid them out of pocket
While I can't answer that I can recommend you don't go here. Had multiple fillings fall out two months after they were done. Couldn't get in to have them fixed and had to find another dentist to resolve the issue
