The worst experience I've ever had After calling and be notified that the vehicle I was looking at was available (mustang 2016 gt premium) I drive hour away for the salesman Howard Hopkins to say that the key was lost Then after pulling my credit and valuing my trade and signing papers work for my trade-in They told me I could go home and That everything will be finished the next day The next day came around I called to check up on the status the salesman (Hopkins)notified me that nothing was wrong with my approval but the car needed a Cadillac converter I called again to confirm what was going on then I got report from another salesman telling me that the car was sold from under me to another person this is very unprofessional I'm very upset and still haven't got to talk to nobody about my issue I will not recommend anyone to deal with salesman Howard Hopkins
