I LOVE this store. It's been a minute since I've been in it. Got a few thing's. They were very picked through. My mom even found a few things. A ugly sweater which is actually cute. I got some leggings, a pair of sweat pants. Can't wait to come back.

This Forever21 (prior to the remodel) was one of my favorite stores. The quality of the clothing was better & the prices were more reasonable. The selection has gotten really cheap looking, but I read that this company filed for bankruptcy and closing hundreds of stores, so it makes sense why. My biggest complaint is that they don't have the complete return policy on their receipt. I wanted to exchange a pair of pants and had the tag and receipt, but the tag wasn't attached. It was evident they were not worn and it was a simple exchange for another size. The manager refused and even their customer service was unhelpful! I couldn't believe that a retail company wouldn't make a consolation for a customer out of convenience after I had spent $100+. I worked in retail YEARS to know that you do what makes the customer happy, regardless. I had to go all the way home to reattach the tag and bring them back. So, instead, I returned them AND another item I had purchased and got a full refund. The receipt DOES NOT say the tags must be attached. They've lost my business for good.
